1. Initial Meeting

We will visit your home or job site and bring sample doors, woods, stain samples and pictures of past projects.

Exact measurements of the space for the cabinets will be taken.

We will discuss your wants and needs; I would welcome any pictures you may have that show the style you like so I can use them to create the look you desire.

2. Kitchen Design and layout.

We will design your kitchen using the latest kitchen design software.

The design will be ready in approximately one week. We can meet to
review the proposal and design or I can mail/fax it to you.

3. Comparison Shop

After you receive the price quote it is your opportunity to do some
comparison shopping and determine your best value.

4. Revisions or Follow up visit

After receiving any changes the design will be finalized and within one
week we will have the revised proposal based on your requested changes.

5. Ordering the Cabinets

A deposit of 50% of the quoted price and a signed copy of the latest proposal are required before the order is placed.

6. Building of your custom cabinets

The proposed cabinet specs will be delivered to the Amish craftsmen who will begin the building process. The Amish craftsmen and their families are located here in the Midwest.

7. Delivery of your Cabinets

The finished cabinets will be wrapped in blankets and delivered to you
straight from the Amish craftsmen. There will be no empty boxes to
dispose of after the delivery.

We are committed to work within your time frame for delivery.

Final payment is due when the cabinets are delivered.

8. Complete Satisfaction

We will be at the job site to meet with you and your contractor to provide installation advice and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We can offer installation services, if needed.

We will make sure that you are completely satisfied with the cabinets
before we consider this a completed project.
