J&R Cabinets, LLC (“J&R”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser as long as they own their home that products sold by J&R will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Should defects in material or workmanship arise during the warranty period, J&R will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective products. This warranty does not cover products that are improperly installed, modified, subjected to misuse or neglect or that are subjected to extreme temperatures or moisture levels. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation of the replacement products or the removal of the defective products.

J&R sells handmade products that are created from natural materials. The natural aging process will affect the finish and appearance of the products. Color changes may occur as a result of time passing, exposure to light, heat, tobacco or other smoke, and other natural and chemical elements. Color variations and changes are not covered by this warranty. If products sold by J&R are replaced, J&R does not guarantee that the finish of replacement products will match the finish and appearance of the replaced products.

J&R reserves the right to discontinue any product offering and to alter designs, specifications and materials. J&R reserves the right to honor this warranty by either, at J&R’S discretion, repairing or replacing the affected products with new products of the same style or repairing or replacing the affected products with comparable products to achieve a similar appearance as the original products purchased.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVEWARRANTY OFFEREDBY J&R AND J&R DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. In no event shall J&R be liable for the consequential, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the installation, use, or failure of its products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Proof of purchase satisfactory to J&R is required to obtain benefits from this warranty.
